I was just wondering what people on here thought about the new Within the Ruins - Invade album. I know a few people on here like them, how would you rate the album. I personally love the album, same general style as the last one which was awesome.

They'll be swinging by my area in a month or so with Arsonists Get All The Girls....deff cant wait to see these guys shred it up. :shred:

i was going to post some vids but didn't know how to embed them :wallbash:

I absolutely love the band. Invade blows Creature out of the water on every level. My problem with them, is the fact that they seem to write in only one key signature so all the songs have a similar sound to them.

Both instrumentals on this album though, slay.

I dig them. And I think that album was recorded by my boy Josh @ Dreadcore. He recorded my old band and he made us sound tight!

True story. We recorded with Josh as well. He's a hell of a dude and a great producer/engineer.

I love this album tenfold. As stated, blows Creature out of the water in every single aspect.

i met one of the guys a few years back at an airport in chicago. he saw i had a guitar with me, and we started talkin..... gave me a shirt of theirs.....
i wear it as a "whatever" shirt, cause it's comfy..... never looked them up.
then, i was walking around the other day, and some guy says, "great band" (referring to my shirt of course).
so, i saw this post, and decided to check the music out..... not half bad at all.
at least the guy at the airport was nice ;)

Nate Johnson (ex-TTEOTD) on Oath was awesome! He should be co-vocalist for WtR :D

I'm digging it too.......but it's not that far of a stretch from the first one. They should do something different next time or expect to be branded on trick ponies. Regardless.......best buy so far this year:hbang:
