Thanks! This might be handy for me in the near future depending on how I feel about the Fusion Edge pickups :yesway:

That is ridiculous. They use 2 poles where only one is needed. On top of that, they're doing this on a 4 pole switch!

You can do the same thing with a standard 3way gibson switch, as you know.

Those are usually cheaper and more durable.

To chime-in on the comments about the overkill 3-way switch:

Installed a standard Gibson-style toggle as part of some rewiring I did on my RGD3127, and didn't like the feel of the switch at all.

It was too tall, and too easy to change. Given it's location, I kept inadvertently hitting it and changing pickups while playing.

So, I switched back to the Ibanez toggle (glad I saved it).

Does anyone know of another toggle that has the same feel and lower-profile as the Ibanez switch? I was looking at the Fat Bat Toggle online, but would have to actually order it to know for sure... which I'd prefer not to do.

What I like about the Ibanez factory switch is the stiffer action and lower-profile than most 3-way toggles.

Exact same for me. I installed a switch craft 3-way toggle and I frequently bump it out of position, definitely not rigid enough and too tall, even though it's the short version.

Planning to reinstall the 12 pin monstrosity soon.
