It comes with this gauge set:

The scale is 28'' and it's tuned one step down the whole guitar, I mean EADGCFAD. I like it to be from 15 to 18lbs roughly. Do you know any set fit for this? I don't like how the middle strings are tight as hell while the 8th is like rubber.

The D'Addario 9-80 is one of the very few sets out there that is pretty well balanced in feeling tension wise but I am afraid that the plain strings can be a bit too thin for you considering that it is tuned one whole step lower but probably it will still be cheaper and easier to buy those sets and in case of necessity buy the two or three first plain strings and change them.

I like very very light top strings, for me it wouldn't be an issue, but it might be for others...

D'addario 9-80 or Ernie Ball 9-80 indeed are the only mainstream sets that make any sense.
Often it's a good idea to buy a 6 string set and two singles to tweak the bottom.
You're in Spain? I might recommend checking out my website too as I'm in the UK and have a handful of well balanced tweaks on the 9-80 style including 8.5 and 9.5 options should you want to try some other gauges.
But I reckon you'll be incredibly happy with the NYXL 9-80

I'd recommend my 10-80 given your preference on the top end, or any 9.5 or 10 6 string set with a single 60/62 and 80/85 or such. Personally I find 9.5-85 perfect for that tuning and length
