Really gonna need more pictures than that!

Apart from the broken headstock tip, it's cool. Just bummed I paid a lot for it and now have to immediately pay for some repair that USPS is probably not going to cover:

Anyone know of any US retailers that accept Amazon Pay? I have a big gift card but nothing that I want is available on Amazon itself.

Ended up deciding to try new pickups in my SE DGT. I love the tone of the stock pickups, but the bridge needs more heat. Been curious about the Tonerider Octane, so it'll be my first dive into A8 pickups.

Well, I finally caved and ordered a Black Winter for my cheap 7. I just love it too much. I had ordered a random set with the covers I wanted off of Amazon, because for the cost of the covers themselves I at least got some random pickups to try out . They’re actually really interesting, and I’m getting the feeling they were loosely based on BKP Juggs given the super vocal quack they have and the aesthetic of the covers. I’ll do a better review when I actually finish setting the guitar up again.

Tried out the new Ceramic Warpig today and it sounds godly!

If anyone tells you roasted maple sounds the same as regular maple, well they're just plain wrong. My new Alnico Holydiver + new Roasted maple neck, was WAY WAY brighter and SCOOPED than my old fat regular maple + Ceramic Holydiver(they won't make these anymore). The Holydiver is such a mid focused pickup, and my fourth one to date, and yet this combo was so scooped. So weird.

The Ceramic Warpig added meat and grind. But also more body to the midrange. No more scooped sound. :D

Because I can never sing the praises of it enough, I'd suggest checking out the Black Winter if you ever want something similar to the Ceramic Warpig, but with a slightly different flavor (and better price ).

I'm satisfied with my current gear collection but I always keep my eyes open for cool new stuff.

I might get in on the 2nd model from Badlands if the guitar appeals to me. I almost bought the first one which they capped at 50 units. I think it will be a few months before they announce it though. Phil McKnight said that their goal is to have 50 perfectly satisfied customers, that bought the first one, before announcing the next one.

The new PRS SE DGT and 594 are appealing but I need to get my hands on them to see if the necks are too thick for my liking.

I have the DGT (unfortunately has to be returned because of an issue) and yeah it's a thicc boi. And if what I hard is true the 594 is slightly bigger

I recently picked up a Crate GX130C for free. Guy said it didn't work. I got it home and first inspection reveals the power cord had a deep gouge in it. Opened it up, hosed it down with contact cleaner, replaced the power cable....working amp!

The 594 has the thickest neck they make, Pattern Vintage. I tried one and didn't really like it. My PRS has the Pattern Regular which is pretty thick too, but it's a 42mm nut instead of 43mm which helps for me.

Probably not for me then. My PRS CU24 has the pattern thin which is my favorite PRS neck. My PRS 513 has the wide fat neck (same as the Tremonti SE) which I can handle but I keep thinking about trading it for one with a wide thin.

Wont find much difference between wide thin and pattern thin but definitely try some out - the subtle differences can make or break it in my experience.

Pattern Vintage takes the wide fat neck, makes it fatter and adds an asymmetrical carve to it. If you can play one before buying that's always the way to go. Sometimes stuff that sounds like it won't work you does for whatever reason.
