What appears to be a pretty nice gig bag for $50 (wasn't sure where to post this)

Thanks! I need a big gag, may have to look into this, looks like a decent deal. I was looking at Sweetwater and any one I would put my guitar in was $120 - $150.

I was looking at that one also, seems pretty good for the price!

Yeah, I like the separate pocket area, may have to get one for bass too.

Update: I got this in. It's definitely nice, the foam is thick and has a good amount of give vs firmness. Here's what I managed to fit into it:

Ibanez SIX28FDBG: I had to remove the extra line of foam that is velcro'd to the bottom. But it did fit; I used the foam to go around the lower part of the guitar (where it would rest if you held the bag by the side strap and set it down). Still plenty of foam in the strap button area, imo. Could kinda "cram" it in there a bit by reshaping the upper/headstock area, if not removing the extra foam.

Ibanez SR6C: Same thing, remove or move the extra foam, but it fits really well. SRC6 owners, this gig bag works very well, almost like it was made for it.

ESP Ltd SC-607: Again, had to mess with the extra foam, but it fits.

Ibanez Mikro bass: Fits very well, too, leaving the foam in place. I would use this over the Ibanez bag any day, though caveat I have no experience with the Ibanez Mikro big bag itself. Granted the Ibanez bag is also half the price, but anyway...

This crap is ACTUALLY only $5 - $20 with a gazillion different options.

For $50 that bag looks good, but now it’s $120 lol. I 2nd the Amazon bags. I usually look for a no name decent looking one with a bunch of reviews. I’ve gotten three for 18-22 and they’ve all been really decent. Good zippers, decent padding, thick material. Just don’t buy one with zero or low reviews.

    That's Aliexpress.

China crap on Amazon is typically the exact same thing for 15 bucks more in exchange for delivery one week earlier.

Yea that sounds about right from when I was looking into Amazon reselling. I’ve never bought from them, need to check it out.

I got a couple of the GC bags, one for guitar and one for bass. The Amazon ones don't compare, the GC ones are more of a soft "hard" case, with much thicker padding (25mm vs 10mm) and the storage compartment is really nice. At $120 there is more competition, but at $49 it was a no brainer. Only the black camo version was on sale, the plain black and tan (?) were still $120.
