Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar:
Built this a couple years ago based on the idea of what an Esquire version of a '72 Tele Deluxe would look like.

Ash body w/ Tru Oil finish
Very dark Indian Rosewood neck with Indian Rosewood fretboard
    Warmoth standard thin neck profile
    Pearl dot inlays
    Stainless steel 6105 frets
    Sperzel polished chrome locking tuners
Lollar Regal humbucker (Can install a Bare Knuckle Painkiller in a matching guard if you prefer that pickup)
    Single volume control
    Includes soft case

Fretboard edge neatly and cleanly rounded over and all frets are dressed to nice comfortable rounded ends. Plays great and sounds punchy and clear on clean and gainy tones. Has some minor marks on the front and back of the body but nothing major and nothing through the thin finish.
