    really digging this album.

some of the djenty stuff is kind of "I've heard this a million times" but thanks to non-djenty influences like Dredg and tons of Mew vibes, I can live with the djenty stuff.

Really great singer, great atmosphere, excellent all around songwriting and vibe.

Yeah, just discovered these guys a few days ago, and have pretty much been listening to their album nonstop since then.

Amazing to see bands of this caliber emerge in the danish music scene!

Hell yes! They've remained in heavy rotation since I found out about them. I ordered a physical copy of the CD and a t-shirt from them. It was mailed out last week sometime, so I'm looking forward to getting it soon.

I'm planning to go see these guys supporting The Interbeing this week (at Stengade, in case there's other Danes interested).

What I think is interesting is that the singer apparently has a pretty prominent Danish accent, but I sure couldn't tell listening to the recording.

Not trying to be mean or anything, just something I noticed and thought was interesting.

EDIT: Also have I mentioned how much I love this guy's voice? Such a nice, calming voice to listen to.

His voice slightly reminds me of Gavin's from the band Dredg.. For some reason I get a Dredg vibe from this band even though they have that Prog/Djentness to their sound.

more Mew, but definitely lots of Dredg. that's what hooked me.

The chorus of the first song on the album is totally Dredg inspired.

also, the verse of that opening track sounds like Adrian Belew singing for Meshuggah.

That's the moment I was like, ok, this isn't just another ....ty djent band.

but that sequence of Emily/Gutter Moon, both songs sound almost like Mew covers.

Great to see young metal bands with cool influences that aren't necessarily metal.

I also hear a little Roland Orzabal from Tears for Fears influence. :metal:

Maybe it's just me, but I find it refreshing that there is no obvious use of Autotune or any other pitch correction software. There may be a little note polishing here and there, but it doesn't stand out at all. Asger doesn't try sing above his range, and the result is an excellent vocal track.

Seriously, singers, if you can't pull it off live, you should probably not put it on the record. :2c:

A new session vid up and I assume another to follow soon:

One of the very few metal bands doing the djent crap that is actually musically interesting, imo. Love these dudes, and inmazes is brilliant. Seriously one of my favorite metal albums ever.

    It's a trilby!!!1one

Also, they're Danish, they aren't exactly known for their fashion sense

Okay casual German racism aside (I'm just kidding, I love you Danebros), I am surprised and impressed by how good they sound live. They are tight as hell!!

Also didn't expect the guitarist to be the vocalist, I just assumed it was the guy on keys.

I love Vola so god damned much. One of the bands in my rotation for practicing vocal covers. Nothing too crazy, just pure passion and great song-writing.

I absolutely love your Tears for Fears comparison man. The epicness of the title track Inmazes, to me, is comparable to The Working Hour.
