Not gonna lie, that burning video was a little painful to watch. But so is the memory of being scammed out of a few grand. What would make an effective change is someone actually taking him to court. The ways these guys operate it's very hard to nail them down outside of a written contract, which you could argue is in the agreed terms of payment, offered timelines, etc. How far you can stretch a statute of limitations on the financial transaction is beyond my legal knowledge, but he's less likely able to get away with this in the USA than he was from Belarus.

he was taken to court though. dude just fled the state and started a new LLC. the only real way i see getting him is getting immigration involved. at thi point though, he very well might have legal status being here as long as he has

Geezus. Sounds like some high-powered lawyer work, and that's money. Public shaming is about the most anyone here can do then. Dude can't even file defamation with all the ammo people have against him. It's so disgusting. Frankly, I'd be ashamed to own one of his guitars anymore and never want anyone to see the damn thing. I'd be hard pressed to set it on fire, but if it stings like a bad ex-spouse then I get it.

surprised no ones confronted him at a show...

...or accidentally drop one of his guitars and step on the neck while trying to drag it up off the floor
