Anyone know some good settings for a good djent tone on a GT 10? I play an Agile Intrepid828 with 2 cepheus humbuckers. Looking for a tight low end without hissy distortion.

Its got a really awesome tone. As for "hissing" on distortion, nose gate solves all. And the GT10 has a noise gate in it (and if I'm not mistaken, the GT8 has one too if you are looking to go more cost efficient) Hope that helps.

Keep in mind that the GT10 will have the same noise as the amps it is modeling. If your settings would generate amp noise, you'll have noise from the GT10.

Further, if you run your GT10 amp sim *through* an amp, you'll be getting the amp sim's noise, and then the amp's noise on top of that. Unless you're running through a FRFR (Full Range Flat Response) sound system, you should turn off the amp sim.

    Good luck!
