4 Quakes, 5 players, music on tap to enrage the savage beast.

On January 6, at Studio Seven in Seattle there will be an opportunity to hear some great music and lay hands on several basses. I can't get you in the door for the show but I can certainly show off the instruments and let you play a few of 'em if you want to.

Soul Bender will be headlining (Queensryche's guitar player's side project) and Debris will be opening - a band I have sponsored since I started making basses. I expect it will be a grand night of very aggressive music.

I'd love to see ya, and show off a bit...

Nice instruments! I especially like the 6-string.
Would have loved to have heard the show - how was it?

The show was awesome - the two opening bands were long-timers in Seattle, having come up through the grunge era and are all phenominal musicians. The headliner had to back out so Debris (the band I sponsor) got to headline.

If all goes as the owner of the club suggested, Debris did well enough to open up for Killing Joke later this spring.

About a dozen bassists got a go at the basses in the pictures - and I got to talk shop all night.

A good time was had by all.
