I find them a bit overrated overall tbh. They don't work with you much on discounts because they say that their "personalized" service makes up for it. Well maybe for some but I've had pretty much the same service level at MF/GC online or Zzounds/AMS. Unless you count the candy lol.
Their "55 point" inspection also leaves much to be desired. They sent me a MM JR with no tremolo bar/tools and a scratch on the bridge. Even if that was from EBMM themselves they should have caught it before it left. So much for that inspection. They are good with returns I'll give them that.
