This thing plays killer. I didn't have to touch the frets, either - Musickraft did the one right. I have a 500K pot in it, but I may swap that for a 250K since the top end is a bit zing-y

How does the neck single coil fare with the 500k pot? If you switch to 250k won't the humbucker turn into mud?

I actually did the swap the other day. Since there's no tone pot, to the HB it "looks" like a 500K v/t pair, and since the single coil is pretty hot, it sounds just fine with it. I wired the coil split in on the Wolfetone since the only 250K log pot I could find in my box was a push-pull, and, yeah, it's useless split in combination with the very hot neck pickup, but not bad on it's own.
