When my band was in Mexico earlier this year, we stumbled across a metal show on the local college station while driving around just outside Ensenada. I really liked one song they played but between road noise and my weak comprehension of Spanish I didn't catch its name or who wrote it.

The song's lyrics were in English, and seemed to be about someone who was immortal and trying to find a way to die. The only line I really remember was in the chorus IIRC: "the punishment was pain." A lot of the singing and guitar parts were melodic. Also the music was occasionally interrupted by an overdub stating that the disc was a promotional copy property of massacre records.

I went to massacre records' site and listened to their whole (LONG) playlist a few days ago, and didn't find this song or any that sounded like the band. Can anyone identify it for me?
