Soooooo much BC Rich, so many Schecter A6s, ESP Vs.

Notably the Icon V, production Stealth with a trem, and 7 string pointy shit in the BC Rich camp.

Hellraiser hybrid and Blackjack Avenger for Schecter.

ESP NV and SV standard in the US. Fortunately I have the one I want the most out of all of those, but a Stealth, another Avenger, and a Kelly or E1 will be added to my collection when I can find, afford, and deserve them lol

I've started to like the Explorer/Kelly shape again, as far as pointy guitars go. But I'm rather disappointed about the overwhelming lack of 7 strings in this regard- better yet, those with FR's.
The overall variety leaves much to be desired, on that note. I like ERG's just like anyone here, but it really wouldn't hurt to deviate more often from the beaten path of strats, teles across all price levels.

My thoughts exactly. I really thought the new BC Rich would fill in that gap but all they did was release a new 7-string superstrat that looks a lot like a Solar.

in line with the Ibanez RGA121/321 guitars, this is my second favorite guitar that i never got to own, sadly
    [IMG]

the jackson SLS3, or the Jackson SLSMG. Had to have the most comfy neck i've ever tried on a guitar.

they were discontinued for random other soloists, but the neck just never felt the same.

moreover, my departure from strats and metal shaped guitars, and towards singlecut les paul type guitars, will, perhaps, always keep me away from super strats (unless they are the new charvel guitars that mix vintage with modern).

*sigh, i do always wonder 'what if'

Ibanez RG770DX in Violet Metallic. Have 2 of them, one of mine below (owned about 4 I think). Coolest of all the 770 finishes. This finish only ever 'reissued' on the RG670DX models circa '94-'96 but with black (and crap) Quantum pickups:

Kicking the thread once again to say I want a mockingbird st 7, only this time with some redesigns on that varitone, real pickups, an actual 7 string scale length (the old ones were 24 5/8s) and something besides the classic headstock. Like make it a real 7 string, not just an ST with an extra string.

Hamer Californian. Always wondered if the guys at Caparison took a long look at this model:

I mean, look at this beauty
How can someone remove it from production is beyond myself

On the BC Rich side of things, I always loved the Bich...Rich B...with the inline headstock
Or better, I prefer any BC Rich with the inline headstock

That's the same finish my first guitar had.

I have an old Charvel I've been thinking about getting refinished like that.

I love the Voyagers, such a cool guitar shape. Never understood why Reb hated his own model, sure the quote from him is they were all sh1t apart from the top of the line version

I am a Charvel nut. People keep bringing up 750XL. I am super curious and would love to try out the 750XL.
I doubt it will live up to the hype. Please prove me wrong, Charvel.

Cali's are my favourite guitar ever. I'm lucky enough to have 2 of them (a Slammer series and a MIK). Both scored on Ebay for less than £180 each about 10 years ago. The Slammer (dot inlays) has the lowest action of any guitar I've ever played, and the other (ticks markers and neck binding) has a slightly thicker neck and a tighter sound (both bolt-ons).
I wanted one ever since I found them in a music shop in London around 2001/2, but couldn't afford one then. If they were reissued now I'd get one for every day of the week.

The tremolo bridges that Ibanez put on the instruments of lower quality in that time frame were bad, really crap
