Is it weird to say that I am getting better tones with Pod Farm 2.5 then out of my Pod HD bean?

Maybe it's the lack of a 4 band EQ because I find that it really helps me in my tones with the UX2. Its great with beefing it up and clearing it up. Everything I have tried with the HD comes off as too muddy or way too thin...Pisses me off haha considering what it is capable of.

I am using a LTD SC-607B with the stock EMG 81-7 pick ups by the way.

Any HD wizards out there not using Blackouts or Bare knuckles that can give me a hand?

You should check out the Pod HD thread- it's got about a million pages, but I'm sure it's also chock full of tips for better tones from other SSO Pod HD users.

like any modeller, you'll need to do a shitload of tweaking. when i started using the POD HD it didnt sound that great at all compareed to the tones i had with the pod xt or x3. But what i've realized is that the pod Hd has a lot more tweakability and therefore the more time you spend with it the better sound you'll get once you understand how the parameters affect eachother.

    Here's an early non-bareknuckle clip:

Heres a more recent clip after i've gotten the hang of the HD.
