    The first deposit is £600

Is the second deposit another fixed amount? Or a % of the final build cost?

Glorious day here in UK/Ireland so I thought I'd give some of the Cimmerians a play outdoors, drink a ton of beers and try not to annoy the neighbours too much:

Glorious day indeed! What a trio of Cimmerians. I love the mini-rig. And the Guinness. Everything about those pictures is glorious.

That video Dylan posted with Jim Morrison is so on point. I really got into the Doors and Jim’s music on my last deployment.

    Those pinstripes are epic!

Is the outline of that Cimmerian different, or is it just the body carve that is accentuating the lower bout?

Between the flat top, controls, and rounded contours, the SG influence is obvious. But I wasn't sure if Dylan widened the lower bout a bit to simulate the SG's curves as well.

It may just be me, but it kinda sorta reminds me of a slightly lopsided SG with extended horns.

The guy that ordered it told me it was influenced by Glenn Tipton's Hamer Phantom and a Wal Bass...kinda a cross between those two.

Ah, very cool. I hadn't known Dylan does custom shapes as well.

The Wal bass is much closer, but sort of SG-shaped itself. Looks great as-is, but if ever there was a Daemoness destined for Iommi crosses...

That is very cool! The design works equally well when it’s exotic wood, simple paint or crazy concept graphics.

There's something about the shaping on the upper horn, that, that just makes the whole guitar sen super fat and heavy. I know it isn't, but my brain can't un-see the horn actually being...like...an anomal horn, where a cross-section would be fully circular, making the horn just as thick as it is wide. I think i would need to see a video of someone holding one, and turning it onto it's side, for my brain to actually be able to let loose of this.

This is the sort of Daemoness I could see myself playing, relatively normal body shape, relatively conservative woods and finish and sensible inlay.

Maybe missing the point of a Daemoness, but it’s definitely more my sort of thing than the skull inlayed, blood soaked, weird shaped things the brand is capable of!

Have to agree with you on that mate. One of the best Daemo's yet - alongside the black/natural quilt floyd, Paul's blue flat top and Jason's white quilt
