So some of the OG guys may remember me, I haven't been on here in probably like 2 or 3 years. Honestly I haven't really been doing anything with music in that same time as well. Big life changes and just growing in general make it hard to focus on something. But I've finally gotten back to where I need to be in terms of headspace and I couldn't be more excited to be practicing and writing music again. So to kick it off a little bit for me, I decided to pull the trigger on this baby.

Specs are:

Ash body
5 Piece Maple/Wenge neck
Birdseye Maple fretboard
Lo Pro Edge 7 Trem
Nazgul/Sentient pups

Anyway I know you guys just wanna see pics, so here they are!

I don't understand the thread title either.

Anyway, do the Nazgul and Sentient have the tabs rounded off? I cannot quite see in the pictures, but typically Duncans are difficult to fit in those routes.

I think he means playing the guitar makes him feel like God? It is a sweet axe, but I gotta believe The Almighty would at least spring for a J-Custom. ;)

Nice. Looks like you got one with a center-seam two-piece body, rather than some of these that seem to have three pieces joined at random spots.

Yeah, guys, the thread title is from Kendrick Lamar's new album and does accurately describe how having and playing this guitar make me feel.

The Nazgul is AMAZING, I really like it a lot. Everything sounds very defined and articulate with it through distortion but it still feels really thick and chunky, which is something I've always wanted from a pickup.

The Sentient is greatt. It doesn't impress me as much as the Nazgul, but that's not to say it sounds bad, it just doesn't have particular qualities that necessarily stand out to me. It feels kind of like the neck version of the Nazgul, but I guess I prefer much smoother neck pickups myself.

It's a neat guitar. I just wish they got rid of the short scale and it's miriad of issues and the british-teeth colored binding. I love the painted top and natural back. I wish they would do that more

This thing is short scale? I thought all RGs are regular 25.5" (aside from those kiddo Mikro models). Interesting if true!

Also, lovely looking bit o' kit, that!

I personally prefer 26.5" for 7-string although I do not down-tune or anything, for that, I'd think 25.5" might feel a bit too slinky.
