Grabbed this one last year from DV247
Love it, but you could build a better one
Also... Pondman, you're back!
Is that real or???
Looks pretty metal!
Didn't Glenn Fricker spend an entire video talking a gang of shit about one of these, saying the tone was garbage or whatever when they were playing distorted rhythm with the neck pickup? Not to mention complaining about tuning stability when the guitar had some weird aftermarket trem as if it was the guitar's fault.
How do you like it? I tend to really like Gibson SG's, and it's always cool to see a legit 7 string one. Given my past experience with Gibson SG's, I certainly wouldn't mind having one.
Welcome to the SG7 club
Same problems with neck dive?
I remember that video, complete BS.
I don't care what anyone says, that guitar is badass. Big congrats, cool seeing one on here!
Congrats, awesome score.
No idea these existed. Nice Score!
What's the scale length on one of those?
I just checked, but couldn't find a ton in the two seconds I looked, but it looks like it is the gibson standard of 24.75" Not the worst for B or A standard, but then again I like medium/loose strings. I REALLY like the way these guitars look, and even the "VII" inlay isn't offensive.
We have proof of life!
How do you like it? I demand a full review!
Also, you've been missed. Glad you're back.
Sometimes I just like to fuel my GAS.
No real problem with a good strap.
I love it. Its a bit of a beast for an SG. Specs are below.
