That looks great. I've been tempted to pick up an RGA-8, but then I keep remembering how much the neck on my old RG2228 gave me severe pains. Damn my feeble hands!

Thank you! I got relatively small hands too, but the more I play it, the more I love the scale. I think 27'' suits better my tonal taste.

A little worried though. I see the headstock does not have the RG series logo on it. Which suggests to me it's a pre 2011 model. Those were the run that had the single bridge screw issue. Maybe get that checked out and preempt the wood explosion issue?

What pick ups have you put in your RG1527 (I still have the stock pick ups in mine, but planning to put a set of Dimarzio Blaze`s when I get round to it) ?
