First the porn:
Alright so this is my Schecter Abbath Signature Ravendark V. This isn't the typical V shape offered by schecter as this shape is called the "JLV" (modeled after Jeff Loomis's V with schecter) and I personally think that this shape is better than the softer alternative that Schecter makes.
I can't say much about this guitar at the moment as I have not given it adequate playing time, but all the info and specs can be found here:
I plan on doing a few upgrades and such to the guitar. I am gonna put some FU-Tone Noiseless springs in the guitar, a Tremolno, Titanium Saddles inserts and a brass block from killer guitar components, and there may be a possible pickup swap (not sure what, but the Dimarzio D-activators sound good to me). Lastly to accompany this guitar I have purchased a Richter Nergal Signature strap that has yet to come, but will be the total cherry on top of this guitar.
Hopefully you guys enjoy! I will post an update with all the upgrades and of course a review on the guitar! Meanwhile I am gonna go find some woods in Cali at 3 Am and play some black metal
Looks mean! Congrats!
HOT DAMN! I require 1 or 2 more strings but HOT DAMN man!
The strap is exquisite as well
I can"t wait for the strap
Congrats, that is a dope V!
Real men turn such a strap inside out when playing
Really nice guitar! Even the inlay seems well done and it is quite intricate. Does it have the 57/66 set?
Don't see those ones pop often. Really cool shape, a bit like the loomis V back in the day.
A V is always cool, it's an immortal shape
It is the same body shape as the JLV
