NSLALP, cont'd

2007 les paul classic (chambered, 7.8lb which is why I bought it basically)
- 57+/490R
- little bit of checking on upper bout
- play wear but nothing insane
- pickguard was lost
- hasn't had a tech trip, I just adjusted the action and truss rod to get it feeling similar to my '96 standard (the main doom LP)

I'll probably put covers on both pickups.

I may try a 498T in this one, though the one in the standard is the first one I've really liked.

Congrats with a very nice guitar!
I had a pair of Dirty Fingers plus in my Flying V. The 498T has more clarity.

I always thought the 498 sounds like it has less output than it the specs says. Had to tweak a lot with the pickup height, I liked how clear and the straight forward sound they delivered.
