I literally gave up trying to get a good representation of this finish. It goes from a plain brown/black in the dark, to this crazy bright amber/black when the light hits it head on. Sometimes it resembles that new Lava finish that Kiesel guitars came out with a while back. I was much more attracted to the Lagoon burst, but when I saw the top on this guitar, I couldn't pass it up. I think I was lucky to snatch it up and for $200 cheaper than what most sellers are charging for these. It really looks insane. I got it from Eddie's guitars near St. Louis. Came very well packed and within 5 business days. PICS! I have only had it today, but great first impression, with zero issues as far as I can tell. I'm stoked to have a piece like this, especially for my first Jackson. The only thing I need to do is condition the fretboard, because it looks and feels pretty dry. The guitar has a snappy attack and the Juggernauts round out the low mids to blend the attack and body of the guitar together nicely. I'm off to play some more!
