    Hello guyz !

Just got myseflf a Jackson COW7 red for 220€.
The neck is cracked but it seems it has been glued (not well) and some paint is missing. I'll see with a custom car painter if he can do something. There is also a crack on the fretboard starting at the bottom, it runs on 5 frets but it's almost invisible, I'll put some ebony sawdust and superglue to fix it. The guy has added Sperzel locking tunners.

You are all here for pictures so...

Cleaned, oiled, all the screws have been painted flat black.

This is my favorite Jackson color. Congrats, and I hope it all works out.

I've just put strings today and it sounds good, I need to adjust the neck relief, the string height and the intonation.

Great looking Jackson. You should be able to get those issues sorted no probs by the looks of things.

It's easier to play with strings.

Can we say it's a good deal considering the crack ?

A good deal for sure but I'd get that headstock checked over by a Pro. It might be okay for now but that stock is under a lot of tension and will get worse if it hasn't been repaired properly to begin with.

The first owner said to the guy who sold it to me it was reglued. I tried to push the headstock and it didnt move or crack. Though, I went soft with the strings, I've put some EB 10-56 and it's sloppy especially for the low B. I'll go for a 10-60 next time.

That's a decent deal. Not an especially difficult thing to have repaired if it needs work. Hope it works out for ya!

One of these in exactly this color was the first 7-string I ever physically put my hands on. Actually went home and researched it, came back and it was gone :(

    Killer guitar!

Nice score. My only thing is the angle of the Jackson headstocks are too angled for my tastes but I could get over it quickly with that guitar. Very nice!

Amazingly surprised by the guitar. It is really vibrant and sounds good. I love painted neck, dont know why a lot of people are against. Really happy I've bought it.
