My location is not important.
Traded my Washburn WM24V Pro for this badboy. It plays like any other RG1527 - amazing instrument! Pics taken after strings was removed. Enjoy!

Nice score! And what trem block is that? Doesn't look as flexible as a tremol-no, but probably more stable than one. And easier to change than blocking with wood.

1527's are awesome guitars. So cool :) I'm tempted to not sell mine, as much as I'd like to completely change my lineup.

Nice guitar!
I don't mean to thread jack, but I have the option to trade my ESP Horizon NT7 for one of these.. Do you think I'd be downgrading? I really don't like how it plays - the nut is simply too thin.

You'd be downgrading in terms of price, yes. But value doesn't matter all too much if you're going to play the 1527 more. I like the necks on the 1527's but I don't use trems enough to do a straight trade. I'd take my time and get at least $1400 for the NT7 and get something nicer.

I love my 1527 and the royal blue finish is lovely. The neck feels amazing on it...

Happy NGD!
