Nice dude! Looks brilliant, love the Evertune.

Can you take some pics with your other Katana's please? I would like to see the difference the thickness has made. I've "held" your white Katana when it was still in pre-assembled state with my Tomahawk. Would just like to gauge how much of a difference the thicker body makes looks-wise.

will do bro, just FYI the thickness is identical to my universe, but with the carves it has, it doesn't feel as the UV does because it doesn't get in the way. It's got a deep belly contour, arm contour and a contour on the lower horn.

Still seems to work just fine man, I've got it set up so it bends normally. Will have some better feedback once I get a chance to tour it. I did find that it's still very important to have the strings stretched in for the evertune to work properly, you wouldn't get away with a poorly cut nut or anything like that. The guitar would hold tune just fine but would eventually drop below the top of zone 2 so the bends wouldn't be right. This would only occur though it you didn't touch the tuning pegs as well, if that makes sense.

Yeah that kinda makes sense, what I really loved about the evertune was the intonation, its amazing! I'm also curious about how much thicker it made the guitar. Video demo please! There aren't enough evertune demos.
Just checked out Northlane, digging it man!

Really depends on his workload man, your best bet is to just shoot him an email. It does vary but generally he seems to work within the timeframes that he estimates.

This looks so great Josh! I'm sure it'll get some attention on the stage for sure. Probably a better question for Ernie, but does he still do much refinish or neck building work?

I got mine from ordering to playing it in about 3 and a half months.

On topic. Sweet guitar . Curious to see how the evertune holds up.

Ya what mongey said, when I spoke to him about a month ago he said 8-10 weeks for a katana, but I think he does them in batches so I guess it depends when you put down a deposit, just shoot him an email or facebook message, he's been pretty good with replying and answer questions with me.

Congrats! I've only dealt with Ernie once (so far) and he was top notch all the way thru.
The neck he made me for my RG7CT was pretty killer. the back shape on it was
really really comfy. (that is one of the only guitars I've sold that I wish I didn't) :(
