Darkscience
SS.org Regular
The guitar is NOS, so it is un played except for myself. It came in the original ESP carton with the Truckster labels and inside it had the ESP warranty card with the guitar description, the certificate and two ESP Catalogs, 2010 and 2011, all the unopened case key, tool and hang tags etc. I use to own a grey one and sold it somewhat regretfully but at the time I wanted a black one, I just never found one worthy and this one was brand new so I rolled the dice and it payed off because this thing is SIC. This is now my #1 and will likely never leave my hands. The black one IMO is way better then the grey one. The grey one is nice too but this one has a completely different vibe to it. I will also say, I do not recall these Trucksters being very popular but for anyone thinking about getting one, trust me, they are very nice and the pictures do not do these justice because it is just primer paint which does not photo well. But in your hands its going to feel hand crafted because it is, lovingly, basically the whole guitar is primed and sanded and in certain spots they go further down and you can see the different layers. The paint has about the thickness of NITRO but it is some satin primer paint instead, (which btw feels super nice, the whole guitar feels very silky smooth). I liked that this one had the original ESP Japanese wiring too, it is special as well, I feel it could give this guitar some value decades down the road and vintage. The differences I see from a regular Eclipse of the same era is the Hetfield wiring, the metal pickup rings, the satin chrome metal dome style knobs and the locking tone pros bridge and saddle parts (looks aluminum to me). I should mention I do not know if this is actually primer paint or just some satin paint, no clue but its high quality. This combined with my 68RI are my two grave guitars. Here is pics for you guys:
