What can i say? I love the tele shape and the body has good looking figure on it. The tone is snappy and clear. Suits very well for metal stuff. This guitar weights nothing. Great Hipshot hardware, CTS pots and i upgraded the pickups to BKP Blackhawks. Sweet bang for the money!

Congrats! Always thought these where neat. Good headstock design, and they ponied up for the two piece, center-joined ash body. Hate it when guitars come in a natural or trans finish and it's obviously multiple pieces glued together randomly.

I'd definitely like one of the Chapman 7s at some point, once I'm back in a guitar-buying financial spot, but it worries me a bit that these might be going away.

question: how is the PU-switching? is there a coil-split?

I've wanted one of these for awhile now. It's got great specs and it is a beautiful instrument. I might pull the trigger on one of these soon if they are getting repealed. I need a better quality 7, and I've really been procrastinating it. Happy NGD man!

Congrats!! I own a 6 string Chapman ML-1 natural Dark Mahogony & I am very impressed with the build quality all around on Chapman Guitars. A fine choice.

Lovely lovely fiddle. Had I all the money in the world...
Well, this one has a top glued on. The backs are 2-piece as well, but often with less traditionally pleasing grain lines, sometimes even with those weird acne scars (which I personally think look all right).

So, any pics from the back?
