I sold one of my Kiesels recently and I decided to pick this guy up on a whim. It's ridiculously nice. The quality is on par, or better, that any of the other guitars I've owned before. The top looks considerably worse in the pictures compared to in person. It's real lively and moves around a lot. The stock pickups sound good but I'll probably replace them with a nazgul+sentient set since I have those on all of my other guitars. Floyds really aren't my thing either so I plan block it off to get some more resonance back. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out since I've never played a caparison before but, all in all, it's a perfect guitar.

I've always had a soft spot for caparisons, that's beautiful. Congrats!

    Always a classic.

Interesting trem route though. Never noticed the sorta half-recessed route they use, with the trem post not being recessed but everything else is.

Nice. The TAT is great because of the neck angle. It's angled back, like like a Les Paul, so it "wraps around" you. Super comfortable. They also sound great- a really meaty and punchy sound with good clarity.

I've been tempted to buy that exact guitar several times. Only problem is that volume knob position gets in my way, haha.

I wish more companies made a 27 fret 7 string in 25.5" scale. I think the TAT is really the only one available. Super jealous.
