NGD : Both new to me : 1991 Ibanez Rg560 and 1998 RG470 . MIJ goodness

The Rg470 is literally mint and has been sitting for years. 560 needs a bit of love but not bad all things considered

Someone on reddit informed me that the 470 is actually a 570! Damn I got a steal

Yes that most definitely is a 570. The stripe and Edge trem are dead giveaways. Those V7/S1/V8 pickups aren't bad, either.

I think the 470 had a TRS or Lo TRS bridge, so that does look like a 570.

I had the chance to buy the RG760 several times, both seafoam, and the candy apple red. Both times I hesitated. Now I smack my head.

I absolutely love these MIJ 90's RGs! I have a Jewel Blue RG560 and it just rips! Congrats on the awesome pair! And I agree, that one looks like a 570, NOT a 470 so that's even better!
