Let's just say, I REALLY did not need another guitar. And especially not another 7620 (got a GN back in May, plus the 2 I have as parts projects) But when I saw the condition and the price, I had to buy it lol.

It's bone stock, and in pretty damn good condition for 22 y/o guitar, with very little fret wear. Every time I seem to stumble on one of these they're always beat up. The Vampire Kiss finish seems to be very sought after these days, and less common, and after owning this I can see why. The finish is just nuts. The colour is absolutely gorgeous, and depending on the light can go from a deep red wine to a sparkling metallic almost magenta like purple. Probably one of my fave Ibby finishes and I have no idea why I never liked it years ago.

I gave it the full treatment down to each screw, so here it is!

Those are just reflections, not marks on the back ^^

Unbelievable! How do you keep finding these guitar in such good condition?! My Google is broken : ) Awesome guitar man! I can only find beat up ones when I do. This is practically new. Good score. Jealous I am.

    Haha I feel you!

Great score! Looks pretty damn mint. Don't see that color too often.

P.S. Saw you're an airline pilot - hope you can stick to your job at the current time. I'm an engineer for an airline and it's pretty tough at the moment...

Gorgeous. There's something just so classy and timeless about this type of Ibanez - almost humble! Great players, solid guitars, and restrained finishes. Love it.

Nice find! I had the pleasure of setting one of these up here in Calgary back in June that my customer had just found. It was in practically brand new condition! He bough it off someone outside of the city that had it sitting in storage. He sold it not too long after and I was pretty bummed I wasn't in a better financial situation to but it off of him. That was my favorite color on those RG7620's.

Vampire Kiss needs to make a comeback. That and Magenta Crush are my absolute favorite solid finishes from Ibanez.
