It's the top one, called "Brief Excursion".
First time messing with Reason on this one, used it for the little orchestra bits.
Also first song I've used my more tweaked rhythm patch on the POD, it's just got a bit more uper mids, and slightly less lower mids + bass.

Let me know what you think! Constructive criticism is always welcome! :)

    Cheers,
    Rory

That was awesome. I like the heavy riffage, nice lead tone too. Nice work, Rory! :hbang:

oh man, if the "band" came in like right when the cymbal hit of the orchestra i think that would have been fucking amazing! great song though. i love your shit, and this one is really good.

sweeeeet, men that was cool, IMHO the orquesta sould be smoother, dont let the notes fall, but im not near to how good you are, im starting to sequence, and want to ask you if its posible to send me the rsn song or the midi, it will give me a good idea of how to acomplish what i want to do.

    Cheers guys! :hbang:

Thanks a lot man! I did try doing that but because the orchestra is loud, it just made the drums sound really quiet when they came in. I probably could have fixed it with a bit of automation or something but I was feeling lazy :D

Hmm you're probably right, but I didnt save the reason file, just exported it to .wav, so I couldnt go back and edit it. I'm still learning how to use reason myself so I'll get better at it hopefully lol.
How I used it was to rewire it through cubase (if you dont know what that is it explains it in the manual, basically means it becomes like a giant VST instrument to cubase), and just programmed a few chords into it and then the drumroll and cymbal hit. Quite basic stuff I think but it works well I think :)
