Can anyone here describe the difference between the JP2C shred mode and the V’s extreme mode?
The more I read this thread, the more I'm thinking @budda is right: JBA AxeFX.
Less compression too (although this is hard to tell because he sets the two amps very differently).The VII seems to sound very much like the V here in crunch, iic+ and iv modes, but with a more intuitive EQ section. I'd still love to hear them side-by-side, though, to see exactly how close.
