    AWESOME!

I'm in the market for a semi hollow but wasn't much for the single cutaway, and I sure love my carvin so i think i'm going to order one :D

Yea. I was gonna post this actually, first signs were from Frank Gambale, its gonna be the new guitar he plays I believe, some videos of him at some guitar show lately playing them.

The SH445 is gonna be standard with an alder body and maple neck, which is a switch-up on their previously all mahogany carved top model. I find that interesting. The 645 model is all mahogany though.

Personally, I'm psyched for these. Carved top semi-hollow double cutaway, customizable woods and finish, with synth access?? Sign me up.

Looks pretty good to me... I have had serious GAS for a semi-hollow lately.

I think it looks pretty good. Maybe Carvin can see how well the 339 has done for Gibson and want a lil' taste.

Yeh as far as 335 styles go, this is the top dog. I think people here are too used to "BRUTALZ" guitars and expect every guitar posted to be some kinda Bernie Rico 75 pointed-corners shape..

This is a great shape, if I was in the running for a 335, This would be #1 on my list. Unfortunately, I want an AE185, and fast =[

Of course, seeing it in action makes it look 10 times more attractive:

OK wow, I'm totally sold now. That guitar looks absolutely fantastic. But to be fair, Frank Gambale is so awesome he can make any guitar seem desirable.

Actually, in playing position it DOES look a little better. Standing on its end, the horns look too short and stubby.

Also, Alain Caron = THE MAN.

Haha! Yeah, I hear ya. But I dont think this one looks bad compared to what they did to the DC Cali Carved Tops.

If I didn't already have a CS4 I would get one of these. Gibson ES-335-style guitar with Carvin flexibility and options? Yes please!
