Got this textured RG body from Al at OOTS with a modified lower horn which I really like. I decide to change it from black to neon green. The green is hard to capture on camera and is more Loch ness in the flesh. Thinking of a wacky neck to match.

Did you just prime white right over the black, or did you sand it down?

if you want to post that to me, I can verify that the colour is different from the pics.

Have you thought of sanding back the top coat on the raised parts to expose the different colour underneath?

Manage to more or less replicate the body finish OOTS did.
This colour is almost impossible to photograph.

I wonder if you actually get to play all the guitars you've built and own. It must cost a small fortune just to restring them all lol!

Love the color and theme, not too keen on the texture but it does match the radioactive/slime/mutated look!

P.S. You wouldn't by any chance wanting to get rid of that Voodoo Explorer would you? I know you can make a better one with 6-7-8-9 strings if you wanted :D :D!

Geeze! Pondman never stops making insanely awesome guitars!!! Have you started selling them yet buddy? Loving the wrinkled effect, colours, neck & fretwork!!! Nice work again buddy!!! Ps, what colour code is that neon green you used? and chemical makeup, aka enamel, 2 PAC, epoxy etc? Are they stainless jumbo 110 frets too I see??? Definitely have the skills buddy!

Ps, how many guitars have you made so far??? It's been a few years since I was on here due to medical and life issues... Great to see your still at it!!!

    Cheers buddy!
