Neck swap question

    Any of the other Ibanez guru's out there know the answer to this question?

    Would I be able to swap a 27.7" neck for a 25.5" Neck with no mods?

    There are replacement necks... but it all depends on the situation.

    No. Would completely screw up intonation and everything. The same vice-versa.

    A proper conversion neck, that's built to swap on a 25.5" scale guitar, such as those made by Warmoth (though not for Ibanez) will be just fine. Though, taking a 27.7" neck off of one guitar, and placing it on a guitar made for 25.5" will not work in any conceivable way.
