Love it. Crystal Planet JS is one of my favourite Ibanez guitars ever.

    Gorgeous collection!

I'm kind of sad the 22 fret JS isn't still available. For some reason, it appeals to me more than the newer 24 fret model.

I had the old 540 in an HSS back in the early 90's. Hard to find em nowadays.

Joe Satriani was sure one of my influences on guitar when he first came out in the late 1980's. That's a beautiful collection and I really love the multi-colour snake guitar...a work of art!

I came real close to getting a JS-7 body from Perle before I got my FR-7 on the left in my avatar, but he didn't have any more available when I was ready to order, and I had waited for several months.

I love the chrome boy, I just wished they weren’t so fragile, mine stays locked away, not to preserve any value, but just to keep it looking nice! The JS90 is probably the most underrated one, the colour changing paint might as well have been designed for the JS body.

    Great collection :)

Thanks everyone. The Chromeboy gets played but with caution. I use clear static cling vinyl where my arm would rest or where my pick may make contact. The chroming process was done over luthite unlike the earlier attempts with wood (JS 2) and although the chrome adhered better than it did on wood, it is still very fragile. If some of the chrome were to flake off exposing the canary yellow luthite, the guitar can loose thousands in value, which is why I use the static cling vinyl to avoid a mishap.

The JS 90th HAM was the hardest to find of all of them. I spent almost 3 years looking. Only about 70 were released in the States. When I expanded my feebay search to worldwide, I finally started seeing a few. The other rare one is the JS 6 hard tail (no floyd) solid mahogany body and string through design. My JS 1000 Wh was settup by Gary Bauwer with the low Joe setup. Plays nicer with better action than all of the ones that came stock.
