Misha did a stream last night going through Reptile. It was pretty awesome to see an artist personally go so in depth with a song. I wish more would do that.

I watched the first half of it live, I plan on watching the second half today. As an audio nerd, it was pretty cool to see him dive in and in such detail. I'm looking forward to his future streams.

Damn, 2 hours 30? That is in depth. Looking forward to checking it out tomorrow and learning some stuff.

Right?? I hope he does more.

    he mentioned his 5150 settings:
    precision drive lol

    gain 3/4
    eq 6 4 6
    presence lower
    crank resonance

I just tried it on my helix (minus the precision drive. I just put a screamer and a kinky boost in front with a noise gate) Sounds great.

Did the exact same thing on my HX Stomp!

There's a lot of good information in that video. I sat down expecting to watch only a bit of it but ended up watching the entire thing.

Pretty standard stuff. I've never had a real life 5150 set to anything other than either 6/4/6 or 6/6/6 depending on the guitar.
