I've been a fan of Misery Signals for a long time (since about when Mirrors came out, but I had Of Malice And The Magnum Heart), and I've gotta say, nothing has topped their first album for me. It's the perfect mix of heavy, really hardcore influenced metalcore, and super melodic progressive metal. I'm so stoked, because I intend to see (and meet) them on the Crush 'Em All Tour in October :hbang:

I have to admit, meeting Brandon Morgan in the flesh is surreal. Drum legend.

Controller is a fucking masterpiece from start to finish. Mirrors has a couple great songs and shitty production. You definitely need to check out of malice, it's also a great album.

And this tour is going to be amazing

Life changing band for me. Listening to them completely stepped up my songwriting and playing back in high school. Also, Branden Morgan is one of my top favorite drummers. Makes his 4 piece kit with 5 cymbals sound like it's twice as big, all while playing effortlessly. Seriously, he just chills sitting up straight and flies around the kit like it's nothing...

They be awesome. They're sorta emo, but they package it so that a grown man can rock it.

I used to share a practice space with a few of the members in Madison, WI about a year ago. Definitely some cool dudes, got to jam with them.

I was just trolling. Well, only partially srsly, I probably have some emotional attachment to Mirrors due to good ol' issues with the ladies. I'm a wuss.
