    I'm glad he got the guys from The Resonance Project for the rhythm section. Great fitting choice for Asato playing this kind of music.

    Not even worth putting djent in the same conversation as Mateus' music. He has so many knockout musical ideas.

    It isn't just his skill with the instrument. Which is insane on its own. Such a clean player. Its like music just emanates from him. Like its his native language.

    Actually he lives in LA now but yes they speak Portuguese in Brazil... I read it fast and assumed you were saying he is Portuguese, so my bad :p

    No big. I can't say that I blame him for coming to the US. Its much closer to all the things important to his career. Makes me wonder if Lari Basilio moved here too.

    If I remember correctly he started as a metal guy but then got introduced to the more 'chilled out emotional clean stuff' what gave him a career. He is a monster player.
