I've been trying to make a wet and punchy tone but I just can't figure out how.
    Any EQ setups,amp settings?

I would try to help you but I have no idea what that means.

Like a tone that makes ladies wet?

For guitar tones at least, when i think "wet" I think "Scooped" - and justice for all tone, for instance. Maybe try cutting out some mids?

You'll have to define what you mean by "wet". I have no clue either what you are meaning by this.

lots of airy high end presence, carefully cut out any harsh fizz, get a deep low end by removing some low mids.

Wet means you've put effects on. You may be using the wrong terminology.

I usually understand a "wet" tone - when not talking about dry/wet-effect-blabla - as a very saturated tone.

OP didn't give any info on his equipment, so it's nearly impossible to give any advice. Generally speaking - pick-attack like a mofo, and find the right balance between pedalboost and amp's gain (don't overgain, don't use too much bass)...should be there.

Ah you like the wet fart tone, as do I. It's basically a pretty djenty tone just a little warmer and maybe a little less gain. It really depends on your set up but usually lower the bass a little and boost your mids. Also some like it a little nasally and some don't, that usually depends on the highs and presence, but again it really depends on your setup.

As far as an amp setup goes a Rectifier for the bottom end and saturation mixed with Marshall for the mid range and note definition will make a great wet tone. A Pod could do this.

Dry Guitar is the sound of your guitar without any colouration - all amps and effects bypassed.

Wet Guitar is the sound of your guitar with colouration - Amp and Effects - including Reverb.

It's imo really a matter of finding the right place where to record your specific amp. The right cab, the right mic, the right room. However, in the video you posted, the guy seems to use two different amps with two different gain settings at the same time (crunch + high gain) through the same cab IR.

Our producer calls anything good "wet" or "full of puddles". Pretty anything that can be related back to dripping vaginas.

Seriously dude, people are trying to help you here, and all you come up with is "guitar intro only". I know Greece is hit hard by the crisis and you have to deal with stringent economies....but man....you really would have to spend a few more words if this should lead anywhere.
