I was lucky enough that a friend picked me up a M8 for my birthday. I got it loaded in my DC800 and I must say it is just a perfect pickup for extended range and drop tunings. The problem is now I want a M7 for my 7 String! Haha does anyone here have a M7 and M8? Are they pretty similar? I know some pickups vary wildly between string varients.

Im wondering this as well for the M6, you would think there would be no difference but you never know!

You can email Lundgren and ask them. They're great at replying to messages and very helpful

I have found my ideal pickups with the Fishman Fluence Carpenter set, however I have to have at least one guitar fitted with a Lundgren M8 set because they are absolutely killer sounding.
