Line 6’s new floorboard supports third-party IR loading and Snapshots, helping you tailor it to your needs. There is also a dedicated POD Go Edit app available, which should make it easy to customise your sounds and load patches.

    Features
Here’s a quick run-down of the main features.

270+ HX and legacy amp and effects models
    Third-party IR loading
Stereo effects loop and Expression Pedal/Footswitch input

I'm surprised they're keeping the POD name alive, I thought they started to phase it out when the Helix took off.
Looks like it uses the same modeling from the Helix but on a much tighter budget, and IR support is always a win.

Is this using the helix based modeling? I wonder what the price is. Doesn't seem like it would make much sense if it's not much cheaper then the stomp.

Looks like it has a mix of some hx amps and more of the pod models.

Image links aren't working and I can't find any additional info anywhere about it.

Looks like a nice best-of-both option. Hopefully a similar price to the Stomp, but with a few more switches and built-in expression pedal closer to the LT and Floor.

I bet we'll see this replacing a lot of HX products in a lot of rigs :2c:

$200 cheaper than HX Stomp. US Street: $449.99
All HX models (with very few caveats).

Is there any extra info around? I didn't see anything on the line6 site.

It'll be interesting to see if it has all the same amps & effects as the Stomp because with the exception of the midi ports, if everything else is the same and is selling for close to $200 less, Stomp sales could be in big trouble. Either that or they'll just drop the price.

So it looks like you're trading all the IO for a slightly better screen, expression pedal, and cheaper price? I can dig it. Basically a Mooer GE200 killer.

I wonder if it has the same tweakability. I saw somewhere else people were talking about there being less parameters you could mess with.

doesn't look like you get access to to the full helix editor and stuff. but that's cheap enough to make it an alternative.

Time to sell the FHFX and get a new backup! Hopefully the signal chain is freely configurable. Some genius thought the compressor should be stuck after the amps the Firehawk....

If it's just some of the deep parameters like bias and noise and etc, then fuck it i can deal with it.
