If you have some song to learn in this style of music, tell me!

It's a style of music that I really want to play, so if someone can help me to learn this style, I would be really happy!

It's a fusion of latin and jazz music, as well as a fusion of bass and guitar techniques. Think of it as mixing jazz chord melody-style playing with latin harmonic progressions and aggressive bass lines created from thumb-slapping. If you want to learn it, I suggest listening and learning to lots of jazz and latin music, and then watching José and see how he marries the two styles. Use him as a focal point to begin developing your own style with these concepts and you'll go far! :)

what zman said. check out thumb slapping on youtube. remember the thumb is a very vital finger in most string instrumental techniques.
