I wanted to have a custom setup with two mono guitar outputs that once a cable was placed into the jacks which disconnected the third regular jack that otherwise still would work as normal. I found this company that will do custom guitar wiring diagrams for you for a small fee. They worked with me when I had questions regarding the crazy input jack that I needed to have for it to work.

This thread is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to swap a Fusion for a Lundgren M7.
Can you tell me if everything went ok or update us when it finally works?
So far: No. Had no time to do it myself so dropped it of at a high end repair shop with a good tech that has been soldering PUs for years. Then went on a two month job away from home.
Called today to see if everythings good, the guy was not happy at all, couldn't figure it out, since the two PUs I have don't have matching color codes and apparently Johan is not as friendly to the swiss tech as he is to me. Really hope the get it sorted out soon – and starting to question the tech. I'm back home and finally want to take the modded RG2027XL for a spin.

That looks like a faulty tech guy. I've done a DiMarzio+Bartolini+Duncan (HSH) guitar once for a friend and had no problem whatsoever. The guitar played perfectly and I'm no tech nor electrician... get your guitar from the guy and take it to someone else. What you're asking isn't that difficult to manage.
