What exactly is the problem you're trying to solve here? Do you have eye strain? Headaches? Family is mad that you're looking at a screen instead of taking them on vacations?

If you're trying to reduce screen time arbitrarily, just because you heard somewhere that "screens are bad", then I don't know what exactly we're supposed to tell you. Other than that, it's a basic time-management thing. You're the only one here who knows what your schedule looks like, so you're the only one who can re-arrange your day to spend more of it away from a screen. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you're for some reason upset that you have too many things attached to screens, there's alternatives:
Don't play video games, play board games.
Don't play VST amps, play a real amp.
Don't read online news, go get a newspaper.
Don't socialize with forums and facebook and whatever other chat things, go meet them in person.

I only use my computer for 1 - work and 2- for music ( from making/recording music to reading about making/recording music )

At work I spend at least half the time on the PC and when I'm at home I spend 99% of my awake time on the PC.

Its too much screen time. I cant find a way.

The only time i am away from any screen is
- bathroom
- sleep
- playing with my kids
- talking with people

But still screen time takes alot of my time each day.

Maybe you should just accept it as it is. It's 21'th century after all.. Screens are everywhere, even my freaking air fryer has a screen.
I still don't see how having screens around you is time consuming in any way, I just don't get it man.

I wish. i clock into work at 9am and bam screen till lunch for 1 hr around noon and back to work and screen and finish at 6pm and go on the train and guess what sitting on a 90 minute train ride home just staring at people isn't fun so thats when i take out my phone and read what you posted on this forum or check other gear page or read the news or check e-mails, etc. NO i dont watch movies or listen to music or play video games on my commute.

Hate your 9-5 office job?
Go apply for a work in forestry. They give you a chainsaw and a big ass axe. Trust me, there is no time for you to look at the screens when every minute someone yells "Timbeeeeerrr"

Hate your 90 minute train commute?
Buy a car, preferably an old beater with only analog gauges and a cassette radio.

It's a really simple question. What is the reason that you, Veji, are bothered by screen time? Why is screen time "bad"? What is harmed by being near screens?
I can't think of any more ways to phrase this question.

If there isn't an answer to that question beyond just "I dunno, screens are bad I guess", then you're not solving a real problem. Using screens is perfectly fine if it isn't causing some other problem. Past that - YOU have to take action to fix it if it really bothers you. We don't know what your day is like. We don't know what you do every moment. We can't solve everything for you.
