Thinking of picking one up, on the mi site (on paper) it sounds awesome! Has anyone ever tried one in person?
    Interested in its highgain tones.

Yeah I almost bought one in 2009. They were just getting into amps then , they were known as a pedal company.
The megalith was still a prototype they were displaying in shops.

I played it 4 or 5 times for an hour to decide if I wanted to buy it. End of the day I decided against it as it had so many features for the time I was worried I may get issues. They are way more established as an amp building now and If I went back in time I’d probably buy it.

From memory all the sounds were good. 4th channel was recto ish.
Was a shop without an amp room. So you had to just play amps on the shop floor. Couldn’t crank it and really see.

I’ve not played one as of yet , almost ordered one initially upon discovering MI and Michaels art . He builds fine high quality individually constructed amps , built one at a time by him . It takes patience waiting for a build but well worth it ..!

I don’t have a Revelation, I do however have a custom Megalith Beta V2 , which far exceeds my expectations for brutality , clarity and flexibility.
The Revelation’s four channels can be voiced in any manner you would like and Michael will build it . One channel is voiced like the Megalith, another has a Unershall/ Herbert voicing . The clean channel can be voiced Fender or Dumble like or whatever might want . Multiple valve options and several voicing “ mods “ are available. I’m awaiting my second MI head , now. Having Michael build an custom Iron Duke
Check out the MI website and YouTube videos as well. There’s a Facebook MI club page as well.
The Revelation is all about flexibility and power .

    Enjoy

If you have any other questions, you’re welcome to contact me, use my email . I’m quite often in contact with Michael regularly. I’ll be speaking with him later tonight or tomorrow. At this point I’m unofficially representing him over here . I’m in NYC.

Yes although I believe Michael can increase the power if it’s requested.

I spoke with Michael last night.
I mentioned your interest in a Revelation. If and when you’re ready, contact me for more info and details. He’s incredibly busy while simultaneously doing PHD work . Cliff
