Ground issue - can you spot my error of reasoning?

    The guys at graphtech seam to disagree on that on their installation manual. I am no expert on the matter and am sure they know better.

    ... having that said, if by your experince, you testified such, who am I to say the opposite.

    I thought that applying the copper tape would be more of a hustle but everything went pretty smooth with no cuts.

    That's some star trek stuff right?! Never watched that...
    I think several things were involved here, started with the new pickups won't fit exactly and then rushing through the soldering.
    To always take time and don't rush is sometimes not easy when you're stoked ;)
    (Which made no sense at all in my case cause my Kemper still strays though Germany from repair:mad:)

    Do you guys have any links to this tree soldering stuff?

    Ground loops are also present at pedal boards and amp settings or in rack gear. One have to be pretty careful not to get crazy hum mixing rack gear, even when plugging on the same outlet.

    Anyone who ever tried building an amp knows just how real ground loops are. ;)

    Dude, I've built a buffer... A BUFFER with a ground loop. I'm an expert. :lol:
