Honestly them finally releasing the P90 version of the Epi V has me more interested. Didn't like the double-'58 guard on the V, but the P90s + black-on-black look of the (possibly) upcoming Epi has me interested.

This + 60s/70s Flying Vs > 50s Flying Vs in terms of looks. I've never played any of these so I can't say anything on how they play though.

Love the look of his signature V. It looks unique with the pickguard, binding, and inlays but still classic enough to make me want to put on a denim jacket and chug a beer.

thats sick, both the epiphone model and the gibson.
I guess it'll be around the $5k mark though?

I think this pic was taken at Ritchies place. Looks like his guitars. That p90 v was a personal mod project. I doubt a metal sig would be p90 loaded one. Maybe along the way but i do not think id would be what most of his fans would want initially.

That 12th fret inlay is very unfortunate.

It will be interesting to see if that, indeed, is a new Faulkner V. Keep in mind, he has one or two WHITE ones that he had refinished (they were the original black) that he played on the last tour. So, it’s possible that blue one is a big mod job. I like the black and white ones, but not the blue. Doesn’t do it for me. That’s just not an axe that would fit on stage with Priest, IMO. :D
