I've had this now for a month or two, so I figured it was time for some show and tell. I'm a big fan of Fryette amps, so when this was released last year, I wanted to give it a shot.

It's very straight forward. There's a knob to control the overall volume/boost and a bias knob which changes how hard the internal EF86 tube is driven.

With the bias all the way down, the pedal is a super clean boost. I've been using it with my D120 and it really thickens up the sound. Start adjusting the bias knob and it adds some cool tone colorings that you wouldn't get out of the D120 by itself.

It's definitely not your standard tube screamer copy. It's alot quieter than you would expect and preserves all of the dynamics of your guitar. And to top it off, there's a backlit LED for the tube (amber for bypass and green for engaged).

That sounds pretty interesting. Mind doing some clips?
