I would love to love this amp because I'm a huge Meshuggah-fan and it's probably just Ola's preferences, but the top end gain he dials in sound just like a gated white noise generator. What a mess.

Yes sadly in later years all his demos sounds the same (like shit). His channel was so much better before.

These weren't PCB so I doubt the place that did the Calis would do them.

Yeah I kinda hate Ola's tone most of the time lol. I owned a satan 100 for a little bit before and I hated that amp. It was extremely lacking in low end.

If you're into this tone and have an AxeFX, FAS Brown + JPIIC input boost + TS808 clean boost with the level around 6-7 will get you like 95% of the way there for less than 6,300 friggin euros

Nope, just normal dual gain Jose-style... and the pull gain kicks on lower voltage clipping diodes.

I wonder if the "revised" version moved it to PCB to make building them easier. Not that it matters since Fortin's PCBs were always well done.
